I want to go to burning man, but seriously, if I spent that much time in the heat and sun, I'd combust. but at least there'd be a real burning man. /I blister after 45 mins in the sun.(without protection)

Sun is a non-issue, I don't burn there at all

The boonie hat protects your head, long sleeves tactical gear protects your body, carry ample water in camelbak and you won't overheat because you stay hydrated, problem solved. Plus you don't sweat, it just evaporates.

So.. lxpk told me that I should be rendezvousing with you cats when I get into Santa Barbara. I'm currently making my way down the coast from Bellingham, WA by hook and crook. I intend to arrive early in order to stock up on necessary supplies - it'll be my first Burn, and I'm backpacking, which means I don't have many important things yet (like lotion!!). Soooo... hi, everyone! I've got excellent taste in tunes, make part of my living as a contact juggler, keep good company, and don't so much mind menial tasks. I hope there's room for one to glom onto the camp?

I'm getting my plans in gear, let's circle the wagons and plan
