"The best way to predict the future is to invent it and the second best way is to fund it."
—John Doer
The Empowerment can do a lot with a little and a little more would mean a lot. You can do a world of good if you or anyone you know can contribute some money to the cause.
Funding will quicken the day when all people have access to the empowering culture, tools and games that they need to make the world a better place.
Funding Goal: Hire Alex Full-Time $1000/month Reached! Alex now works on EmpowerThyself full-time at our Empowerment Headquarters.
We need only $1000 a month for our lead developer Alex to work on the project full-time. Alex has worked dilligently on the project with every spare moment while supporting himself as a computer programmer for the last six years. He doesn't have any rich uncles to pay his bills. He needs our financial support to give his all to the project.
Small donations can make a big difference in this phase.
Commit to monthly sustainer donations or fund a number of months or years in advance.
A-list games don't develop themselves.
Funding A Transformation
The Empowerment is seeking visionary funders who see transforming culture as a huge windfall for their money. The power of the Empowerment idea is compelling and it will attract the resources we need.
We are exploring new sources of funding and if you have ideas or suggestions to raise funds in new or better ways, contact us.
Empowerment Could Make Profits
Profit-minded investors can participate in for-profit investment opportunities to commercialize our revolutionary Empowerment game and other projects that will become self-sustaining sources of revenue for The Empowerment.
Empowerment Is Not For Sale
If you want to fund Empowerment, one thing must be clear up front. If you believe in the vision, it's worth your money. You cannot buy influence to hijack the project. If you want influence, speak up or help out. No money is required to participate in shaping the future of Empowerment. Money just helps make that shared vision of the future a reality.
We're All In
"Over, under, around or through, whatever it takes I'll fricking do."
Our commitment to Empowerment is total. We're giving everything away to reap revolutionary rewards. Our funders will too because they believe in the social impact of the project.
When We Can Feed Them, They'll Come
The story of Little Red Hen is instructive. A good idea is just that until the idea is proven. Once people can smell success, they want a piece of it. There are many people who would love to participate, but until you can offer people a livelihood and a career to put food on their table by working for you, it is difficult to distract people from their bread and butter day job.
