A lot of my doubts and fears just fell away when I realized what I wanted to do with my life. Who has time to worry over every petty trifling concern when there is important work to be done? Ironically, devotion to a cause greater than oneself can be liberating.

Saving the world is the ultimate self-help. It's strange but true and it reminds me of this Gandhi quote: "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others".
